Work travel, vacation travel…conspiracies to keep me out of game. When I get in game, I’ve been stuck on the Bree AH roof, afraid to leave because I’d never get back up there. Third world internet just does not lend itself to successful jumping. Not done yet either, I’m afraid. Traveling now, and two more weeks after this.
“I want to hang a map of the world in my house, and then I’m gonna put pins into all the locations that I’ve traveled to. But first I’m gonna have to travel to the top two corners of the map so it won’t fall down. ~ Mitch Hedberg”
But I was home for a while this weekend, and spent time in Uru and Annuminas. Finished off The Champ’s Daerdur set and started my West Tower set from Annuminus. Lots of good drops in both instances and happily, they aren’t BoA. Sold off several of the class items on the AH and gave away some nice level 50 jewelry in the Bree trade channel.
We were talking about grinding hides for money and I innocently asked The Champ how many empty bags he has. (More bag space = more silver per farming session, you see.)
Almost 4? Four? How in the world can you possibly have 4 empty bags?
“Hey Champ, guess what? My bags are full…” How did they get full while I was sitting on the roof in Bree, that’s what I really want to know.
Is there ever a time when they’re not full? Crafting takes most of the space, I guess. And skirmish marks. And barter items from 10 different areas - Let’s count them all shall we? Eglain, Gath Forthnir, Annuminas, Rift, Helegrod, Moria, Lorien, Mirkwood, SoA marks, Moria marks.
Ok, get this. I have 5 heralds taking up space in my vault. I don’t use heralds. But Ms TypeACompletionist has to have a dwarf and an Eskimo Lossoth. I also have kept some armour for the cosmetics and some of the cooler SoA weapons (Captain’s Arm? Could you really ever discard Captain’s Arm?) Trophies, yep, got bunches, and since I only have a standard house, I really have no where to put…
…them…
uh oh….
